[average 119.3 of 231962 opinions; standard deviation 432 ] - Profile: I'm a graphic-designer, currently working part-time for a UNIX-based software-making company, while working with my boyfriend in our own small business the rest of the week. After 4 years studying History in college, it's been a hell of a change in my life.
I've been into web-stuff and graphic-design for a few years now, and in the past years, since I got cable and then DSL connexion, I've managed to discover pretty interesting stuff on the Web (read: AMV ^_^). I'm far from having lots of experience in that domain, but I try to learn little bits by little bits (having seen some other AMV does help, I guess... it is after all in discovery and experimentation that one builds knowledge and experience...). I also hope that I'll manage to produce fairly decent stuff... one of those days... When I enter some video link here, please be very very critical, so that I can improve my oh-so-wonderful editing skills accordingly! And no, you won't ever see me do DBZ AMV to Linkin Park. I don't like DBZ, and I don't like LP.
I also happen to handle opinions here and there, depending on my mood and on the time I have on my hands. I seem to be able to spot merits and flaws way better in other people's works than in mine, which is a tad bit annoying I suppose, but I always try to be fair in my reviews. I don't believe in bashing and personal attacks, nor in an AMV being totally "OMGWTFFBBQ awesome!!!" or totally "waaaah, that sucks loads, go back to your mommy". We all have different ways of working and of perceiving the results, after all :)
