  • Profile: --Helllooo! The name's Phoenix (for real) a.k.a. YuYukito and I have been doin' AMVs for about 3 years, but haven't been creatin' any for the last year. Even tho my premiere dates say just recent, this was the only time able to upload my creations. I've enjoyed watchin' anime for as long I can remember. I've watched AMVs since Freshman in high school where I could get internet (of course). While watchin' other people create these and see them in full view made me want to create my own masterpiece(s). Since I am still just new and don't or can't get the resources that everyone has, I tried my best with Windows Movie Maker on XP, then on Vista.

    --My first AMV was "Get To The Gone Of Cell", the anime DBZ with "Get To The Gone" by Static-X. It was done way back in 2004, this I did with the first service pack of XP(the fist version of WMM). So I didn't have much effects to use, I chose not to use any. I would like to remake this one when I get better and have better programs to use at my disposal.
    --My second AMV, "I'm Not Dead!" , the anime GANTZ with "Blood Brothers" by Papa Roach. This one I wanted to be better, but didn't turn out the way I visualized it. But I still stick by it 100% because there are some parts that I liked and proud of. This video I would like to remake when I get a chance.
    --The third AMV, my favorite and everybody else's, "Colors of Final Fantasy" with the great CG movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children with "Colors" by Crossfade. This one took me longer than the first two because I really wanted to try my best to make this great with the little effects and such I had. And it did turn out great! The whole video is great even without effects and whatnot. "Colors Of Final Fantasy" was the most watched and got some great comments from people on Youtube and Myspace when I uploaded it on those sites. Even tho this AMV is, I think, the best one, I really would like to remake this one and make 10x better to get the visual that I wanted.
    --4th AMV is "Apocalypse Angel". This one kind of unique, why? Because of fast-paced flashes that would give a person seizures. That's why? lol Anyway, the song "Apocalypse Instrumental" by Sinai Beach was a song I really like because of 1.) The screamin' at the beginnin' of the song and, 2.) the fast-paced beats and techno. But I actually pictured somethin' else bein' the visual aid of my AMV, all I had was some handed-down from close anime-fan friends. And one of those anime was Burst Angel. So I worked with that and even tho, it wasn't perfect, a lot of people includin' my friends still enjoyed it.
    --AMV No. 5 is "Stamina Gunfire". Right after finishin' "Apocalypse Angel", I heard a song by a great rapper Tech N9ne, called Stamina. Even tho it was so short, the song was still good. So I used it. And to what perfect anime that I used before, Burst Angel. This AMV I thought was perfect 'cause it was short, match each other, and it was flashy. For those who can't understand what he's sayin' (includin' me), here's what he raps:

    --My VI AMV is great. "We're All Meant To Live", usin' the coolest anime Bleach with "Meant To Live" by Switchfoot (The song kicks ass). This song I ripped from another AMV that sucked since I didn't have internet at the time. I wanted to take care with this one and use a lot of scenes from episodes up to 60ish. But I was too scared and impatient to check, upload, and cut. So I am a loser and only went as far as episode #5 of Bleach. *sighs* Anyway, I still like it the way it turned out and some people agree. Definitely one I would like to re-make and push it to the limits of my creativity. Hope you enjoy!

    --Well, these are my AMVs and in the near future, I hope to make more, even better AMVs. For now, please enjoy my currents ones, leave comments and give opinions and advice if you could.
