The dark realm of the clock tower
Hey, folks. Finally got around to releasing my new vid from AWA Expo. The footage is Clock Tower 3 set to "King of Terrors" by Symphony X. You can grab it at http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=93151.
My second foray into horror, though this one is more action-oriented than the first, and a bit more violent. I was looking for a change of pace, and I'm pleased with the way it came out. Hope you'll enjoy it as well. As always, your thoughts and comments are more than welcome.

I approve of this video.
An ocean of dust and randomly strung together pieces of hydrogen, serving no purpose other than allowing all of us to continue in our misery, doomed to an enternity of petty squabbles and meaningless ego trips, until the whole thing one day explodes and starts the whole shebang all over again. - Chaos_Angel

Well, you already know the majority of my thoughts on this, but I did want to mention that the ending came out a bit better. Both that and the opening are still a little weak, but it's probably the best you can do with them.
Watching it a few times through (and actually paying attention to the lyrics), I think that the song was a great match. I hadn't noticed that before - too busy looking at the more technical aspects, I suppose.
Visuals are still a bit dark, but, again, watching it through a few more times helps.
Shorter video + smaller filesize + good video quality = teh win.
One question about the game itself: does the main chick actually ever fight??? Minus the final part, of course. It seems like she spends her time outrunning everything.
Anyway, great video, and an awesome addition to the small collection of good survival horror videos. 4/5, and an A for effort. ^_~

Thanks for the comments so far, guys. I really appreciate the feedback.
I suppose to survival horror fans, those who enjoy metal, and folks who are in the mood for a darker, intense video.inthesto wrote:To what kind of fans would your recommend this video?
She actually does fight a few more times, during the boss battles. She gets a bow and arrows for those. And during the game itself, she can occasionally use the environment to fight, like pushing an enemy into an open fireplace and such. I actually like that kind of gameplay, has a more realistic approach.dj_ultima_the_great wrote:One question about the game itself: does the main chick actually ever fight???
