The fourth Bleach AMV...EVER?!?!?!

Post by godix » Sun Oct 10, 2004 12:28 am

Somehow it doesn't sound as impressive as being first does it?

Anyway, audio is the Sixth Sense trailer and video is Bleach. You can get it here

As a total side note, Xvid still impresses me for how much quality you can get into such a small size. The difference between this video in Xvid and Mpeg2 at the same size is astounding.

Really well. I didnt expect much out of one episode, but man this was killer.
The scene selctions went very smooth and neatly with the trailer audio.
I liked how you made the guy lipsynch the kid <-well done

Thank you. Trying to do this with one episode was a challenge and suprisingly it was actually fun working with that limited of a source. I'm sure if I waited for a few more episodes it would have been much easier to work on but I'm happy with how it turned out.

That was what set you off? If anything I had assumed it'd be a petite goth samuari chick with Bruce Willis's voice that'd do it. Regardless, between the voices not matching the characters and the couple silly scenes I had to use I figured some people might find it funny even if that wasn't what I was going after.

What possible reason would I have to be mad? I find it difficult to imagine getting mad at someone for giving their honest reaction to my videos regardless of what it is.

Ichigo's expression during his last line was killer.

Still, pretty good considering what you had to work with.

Can I ask one question? Why'd you change the aspect ratio from 640x480? (Otherwise, pretty good stuff other then the audio quality)

Well, I could claim that it's all about TV vs computer PAR and toss around a bunch of half wrong facts to try and make it look like this was an intelligent and wise decision. However the fact is I thought the source I have looked too anorexic so I stretched it out some. I'm fairly sure many people don't know or care about the difference between 640x480 and 720x480 and I figured no one would really notice, much less comment, on it. Well there goes that theory.
