- Comments: This is a video I finished back in November of 2004. Final Fantasy IX has always been one of my more favourites to use for AMVs. Although many ideas have been done before, I always like to try to think of something different, or to twist a traditional concept. This video is no different. It's done to Kelly Clarkson's 'Breakaway,' and focuses on Garnet's struggle to escape her destined social life, and to assume qualities and aspects of herself to help succeed in escaping the role of a Princess to be Queen. I emphasised these points in the video by using an idea of a photo album, as if Garnet were looking back at the steps she took to literally 'break away' from her mother and the life she never chose.
