I have to agree with angelx03. I was expecting more editing and more opening-like clips.
Overall disappointed but some parts held my attention :
* Cowboy Bebop Vs Fly to the moon
* Chobits Vs I'm your slave : nice combination :p
* Sailor Moon vs Parasite Eve : looks like an opening and I love this music
* Eva Vs Gantz : good idea + fun

Overall fun video. There weren't any segments that I'd call "crap," but some could have used some more editing. The Sailor Moon, Eva, and Chobits parts were probably my favorite.
I do have a question, though. This was supposed to be anime openings/endings, right? So why was the Parasite Eve opening in there? That's a game. Of course, I loved the segment, so I'm not complaining, but doesn't that throw in a continuity error?
Great job to all those who participated. This came out really good. ^_^

Originally, one of the other editors had selected a Kingdon Hearts song, and since they were on the list, the Parasite Eve didn't seem out of place. However, the KH piece was dropped, so poor PE stood alone.dj_ultima_the_great wrote:I do have a question, though. This was supposed to be anime openings/endings, right? Glad you enjoyed it!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had as an amv editor...from start to finish...it was a blast to participate in. And it turned out pretty sweet, IMO. Honestly, I think everyone deserves a few pats on the back for their respective tracks...the hard work most certainly paid off.
Thanks again, Jub...for putting it all together...you RAWK!

Well I'd guess that can't be helped. It was the part where Strongbad says 'WAY too many grammatical errors.' Think it was Dax' intro. lol and it was just your hate list!! You go more back in his journal when he was argueing with Sammy or Mr. Panda, that's some HIDEOUS stuff ;p.shinodude wrote:what wasnt my intro? im so confusedKnowname wrote:LMAO! It's kind of a mixed bag for me as well.
Some parts were much better than others and besides the Strongbad journal transitions, I really didn't see what it had to do with Journal Junkies. Maybe if you guys had various anime characters writing in journals, throwing pencils around, integrating the journal screen, etc... then maybe it would have made more sense.
This probably should have been called the Anime opening parody project or something..
It did have it's fun points so I'll still give kudos to all the editors.
