  • Profile: I would guess I am one of the older AMV fans. I am an auto mechanic by trade, I own a small shop in a small town, located at the exact geographical center of nowhere. I'm married, almost 30 years now. I have four children. One son, the biggest anime fan I've ever heard of, he has over a thousand anime dvds and has watched almost all of them. He is my source for anime clips. Three daughters, two married and one in high school. They are my critics and somtime inspiration.
    My son got me started with AMVs when he brought a few home from collage, I was hooked. I liked M'TV in the early days, when the music videos were "three minute movies". They lost their appeal when they became only fast flashes of the band and scantilly dressed dancers ( I have nothing against scantilly dressed cuties), they seemed to have lost their imagination and great directing. I saw in AMVs what M'TV had lost. I made a few of my own and sent them to the distro before I learned of this site and all the great help available to new creators.
