Original Final Fantasy video: 'Jewel Song'

Post by Sylver620 » Tue Oct 25, 2005 12:15 pm

Here's a Final Fantasy music video I made some time ago. I wanted to post it here because the video also includes parts from the music video of the artist. I did combine those two footage in this video. People have told me they were surprised cause they never (or rarely) saw that before. Hope you'll like it too! Please, leave a comment

Song: BoA - 'Jewel Song'

Footage: Final Fantasy X, X-2 and the music video of BoA’s Jewel Song

This sad video features the story of Yuna and Tidus in FF X and the dramatic shooting scene in FF X-2. The footage has been mixed up but there is still some sort of clear story in the video. Some English parts of the lyrics are displayed. Memorably quotes from FF X and FF X-2 are also being shown during the AMV. Some lip synchronization of Yuna and Lenne singing.
A lot of digital effects: texturing, zoom in, transparency, slow/fast -motion, flashes and text effects.

Made with Adobe Premiere, WMP 9 file type, 76 MB

I'm already going to testify for this video, having seen it and having opinioned it before.

This is a great video. Even if you're unsure of downloading Final Fantasy videos, GET THIS ONE. This is one of the rare cases where using live action footage from the real music video actually works. The sync is great, and the story is all there.

Hell, if nothing else, get it for the beautiful song. ^_~

So, what are you waiting for, people? Hop to it!

Thx for your replies!

If you did like this 'concept' of mixing FF footage with the actual music video then you should also watch 'Sylver_FFX2_No.1'. It's kind of the opposite of 'Jewel song', cause No.1 is a very upobeat song.

yeah, you seem to make quite a few of those BoA crossover amvs. Funny how they never seem to get old. :)

very very nice. well worth the download. at first i thought the 2 sources wouls clash when I read your first post, but it worked beutifully. very nice, I'm keeping this one. (not to mention I Love BoA:oops:)
:D 5 stars, even thought the visual quality is a bit low at points. I'll forgive since its video game footage.
