This guy claims he made that AMV.

Considering that is the AMV, I personally think he's stealing work. My reasons are this AMV was made in 2002 and this guy just uploaded it like 30 minutes ago. His work doesn't match the work by the rubyeye account.
Also, rubyeye could typing proper English...this guy seems unable to spell much less type a proper sentence.

This guy was orginally ambigious about who made the AMV. Seemed like he was taking credit, when confronted he have some lame bs excuse. Ticks me off that the openning and ending was editted to credit someone else. Had a pm exchange in one of my YouTube accounts.
Anyway, he now monitors all comments and 1 of my YouTube accounts is blocked from commenting.ArkIX wrote:

Finally, you did not mention that this work was not yours until I commented. You deliberately left it ambigious. “Orginial idea by anonymous” is also flawed. You got the video from AnimeMusicVideo.org. You had to have seen the video was made by Kevin Caldwell. You could have linked the site or added his name into the video creditting it towards him. But you chose not to. That is further proof that you are deliberately taking credit from someone else’s work. As long as the video stays uncreditted to the proper individual, then you are stealing someone else’s work.

Now, I'm not sure what can be done. ArkIX has an account with almost the same name on a-m-v.org. Could his account and ip be blocked or something? The other guy might have an account with the same email as his youtube account.
Not really sure if anything can be done. People like that just piss me off.
