New video OP exchange

this is my first crack at heading an OP exchange, so i'll do my best to see
that everyone gets an OP in exchange for OPing mine.

(although this dosn't mean that i won't op yours if you don't feel like
mine deserves one

)

Rules:

1. first and foremost, i don't flame, so i don't expect you to either.

2. all video genres will do, but i have been doing this for awhile, so
don't except any treatment, even if it's an anime or song i like, i will tell you something is bad if, in fact, something is honestly bad.

3. ...forgot rule three
