How the hell is it possible that this video has a 10.001 for effects? Do the effects rule so much that they exceed the maximum?

It's a glitch on the org. When someone has a rating of "10.00" for effects it sometimes "actually often" goes up to 10.001 for some reason.

If you really have a problem with it, give it a 9 for effects, lol! jk jk

Just watched it--badass I was pissed the first time I watched Elfen Lied cuz i watched a full screen version XP. Fansubbers and their irresponsibility. Keep up the good work!
