Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

A whole slew of videos

Post by dj_ultima_the_great » Sun Mar 06, 2005 3:21 pm

I just uploaded all of my music videos over the last two days, so that's why I'm announcing them all. (minus my fourth one, which I'm still not sure what to do about - it's kind of messed up.) Here's the basics:

Final Fantasy IV-X - Resident Evil: Code Veronica X OST - "Ending Theme" - my very first music video. Judge kindly!

Final Fantasy IV and VII-X - Moulin Rouge - "Final Score" - my second video. Has stronger timing, but many flaws.

Final Fantasy VI-X - Silent Hill 2 OST - "Theme of Laura (reprise)" and "Theme of Laura" - my third video. Combines two songs. Timing is improved more, but still has flaws.

Parasite Eve and Silent Hill 1-3 - Disturbed - "Darkness" - my fifth video. Not my best, but I think I fit the mood of the song well.

Various Games - Various Artists - Various Songs - my sixth video. More commonly known as the "Video Game Compilation Video." There's something here for everyone - well, almost everyone. ^_~

Parasite Eve, Chrono Cross, and Silent Hill 1-3 - Deftones - "Change (studio acoustic)" - my seventh video. One of my best works - came out pretty well considering I had a four month lapse during its creation.

Digimon Frontier - Dance Dance Revolution - "Final Countdown (Crybaby Mix)" - my practice anime video. Just uses the first episode of the series. Good for some cheap entertainment.

X TV - Various Quotes - an incredibly stupid comedy video I made out of sheer boredom. Completely disgraces my favorite part of X. Nothing but a giant spoiler. Don't watch it. Seriously.

Hope I did this right. Not only is it my first time posting in this particular forum of a-m-v.org (I usually haunt the AMV Suggestions section), but it's also my first time using hyperlinks. So, if I did it wrong and there's tons of text and no links...oops. Sorry.

*wondering why she always says "Farewell, Good Luck, and Happy AMV-ing!*

Yeah, like it says in the description of the X video, it was done on a whim. It's really stupid and I know that but I couldn't resist making it. I agree with you, though. I shouldn't have made it so long.
