GO CHECK THIS AMV OUT NOW

Seriously frigging awesome.
The 6 and a half minutes went by in a flash.

Complaints:
-I personally did not like the FF6 segments in the beginning and end. The beginning felt way too slow, and I just didn't like the end. This may be due to the fact I wasn't a big fan of the opera in the beginning and end, nor the FF6 footage mixed in there. I guess I didn't like how FF6 was used primarily for the intro and outro, while the AMV overall seemed to have gave focus on FF6 through X-2.
-The scene with the polygon 1:19~2:50-ish was interesting and creative, but I felt was used for too long.
-Also, some of the video quality, didn't look all that great.

..Now on to the strong points.

2:30~5:30 -ish
I can easily say that this is the strongest and most influential part of the AMV.
You have yet again managed to amaze me with your keying and overlays. The feel was... incredible. The music flowed VERY well with the video.

3:09-3:19 I liked how you put some of Anno's work next to the CGI footage. May I ask what the text was/meant?

3:26- 3:33 Very nice.

One of the best FF AMVs out there. Seriously. Being a huge fan of FF, this pleases me more than I can ever ask for.

I'll stop talking for now.
I will definately write up an op for this to finish up what I want to say sometime.

Excellent job, yet again, Resk. :)

The writing is actually just there for filler lol. I needed something to go on the left side of the screen, so I put the character's initials.

As I was watching it, I realized I should have added to my post above to:
I've seen many of your videos and know your style.....and seen your timelines LOL
All I can say, is awesome once again. You never cese to amaze me, as each video is a step above the last one. I just realized after reading AMVfreak's review that the vid was 6 and a half minutes LOL
Nice work Resk.

Actually, chances are you've seen all the clips I used anyway. And for stuff from the endings of the game....well, you're not missing much if you watch it before hand lol.

Either way, the amount of FFX-2 material in this video is somewhat low, so chances are you'll only be seeing very short clips of FMVs you haven't seen.

Resk wrote:Well, the video revolves around how it's not the winner or the loser that matters, it's about how the battle was fought. When you examine the FF series, there was never a 'bad' guy and a 'good' guy. Just two different people with different goals; i.e Squall vs. Seifer. Seifer pursued his dream of being the Sorceress's Knight. Squall prevented this because his goal, while admirable, was wrong. A similar connection can be found in the rest of the FFs: Zidane and Kuja; Seymour and Tidus. And then of course, the battle extends to how the character's actions effect the world around them, and the people they come to know and trust.
touche' well, i guess you're right....
yes, they... call me... EMO CAT-BOY...
And i'm sooo confused...
