The reason I don't like Linkin Ball Z vids is because I've seen so many of them. I'm tired of it now. There are lots of great Linkin Ball Z vids (okay not lots, but quite a few) that I still watch. But you have to face it, the majority of Linkin Ball Z videos are really crappy. I'm glad you want to defend them. I'm waiting for you to make a really good Linkin Ball Z vid, coz that would be awsome. I really wanna see a fresh Linkin Ball Z vid thats good. The thing I have to say to all of you who want to make a good LBZ vid, encode it better. That's one thing that gets me, make a better encode. Lol. Well, I won't ramble on, but it boils down to not all LBZ vids suck, just most of them do.

Why not make a Linkin Park vid with a different anime?

I don't know for sure, but it seems to me that lots of people, me included, have this primal instinct to label anything they create as crap.

I guess our calling it crap is a defense mechanism, so that if/when other people say it sucks, we can say "Yeah, I already knew that."

Ah! The thing is, I'm no good at making music vids myself! I know, I know. This probably makes me a huge hypocrite! But, to be honest, I was just trying to defend all those GOOD music vid makers who were instantly given low points just because they made a DBZ vid to a Linkin Park song.
I know how hard it is to make even a moderately decent vid and how much time and effort goes into it, so I think we should give these AMV makers a break.
It's like what that guy said (I can't remember his name!) "I don't know anything about art, but I know what I like." I may not know the first thing about making music vids, but I can still tell when a lot of efforts been put into one.

As for the LBZ part... Well, I think LP has a decent sound, but they are REALLY overused. DBZ... Well, I hate it primairily because of it's fanbase and it's rather idiotic scream for a year, power up, beat someone up, then the someone that just got beaten down goes "Muwhaha, I have more power, I'm only at *insert random low percentage here*" power up for five episodes while everyone just stands there acting like an idiot.

I think that some of the reason call stuff crap but put it out here is because they want feedback but they don't want stuff like 'ur video suxxors lol pwned!' (yes that was an actual review i have seen) They recognize that they didn't do the greatest joba nd don't want all that negative feedbeack. They want ideas on how to improve their videos and to help them recognize what is good in an AMV. That is what I am searching for. I don't care if the person leaves a review saying they loved it or they hated it if they don't tell me why. I mean one of the videos I lik eo fmine the most is hated and noone tells me why :p.
