Best Video, Best Dance, Best Upbeat - AWA Pro

Post by AbsoluteDestiny » Wed Sep 29, 2004 4:42 pm

As is traditional, I do one "big" video a year and this is what I've done this year.

Do It Right (Shake It!) is a multi-anime retro dance video using the song "Shake Your Tail Feather" from the Blues Brothers movie.

There are no spoilers - this video is suitable for anyone with a sense of fun :)

"Do It Right (Shake It!)" Video Information and Download (51mb)

The file is divx 5 compatible (enable "support generic mpeg4" if you have problems) but is high res (640x480) with b-frames so it may not play on slower machines. If you need an easier to play version, let me know.

Enjoy!

Aside from the projects, this was the most fun vid at AWA :)

It was definetely cool to look at! 8-)

But overall, give me time to get the song sink into me since I'm not a huge Blues Brothers fan. Of course this video did show your fandom towards them.

Oh, and thank you for not letting Vash dance! :D

All right, it's up. :) Loved it at AWA, and especially (as seems to be the case with most people) got a laugh out of the "No Dancing Vash". I wanted to congratulate you on your win, but ya slipped out so I didn't get a chance. Therefore, congrats. Ranks right up there on my list with Odorikuruu when it comes to great dance vids.

These retro style videos you make are always a trip to watch (no pun intended). Chalk up another fun video for my collection.

When I saw this on the AWA Pro disc I thought "Either there's a sleeper editor none of us knew about before, or AD's done it again."

Fortunately, you proved the latter to be true. Love this vid!
