Protected?

Ok ok,on window media player I copied the tracks from my CD...Yes yes got that,now what I want to know is,how do you get rid of the right protection or whatever. I tried importing it to movie maker put it says "This thing is protected,blah,blah!" How do I get rid of that next time?

don't use Windows Media Player next time, that is how. I would suggest using a program that incorporates the Lame codec. There are lots of good and free ones available. Try doing a search on google for it.

Or use EAC (Like in the guides) to get the uncompressed .wav
