Top 10 anime error

Post by MerkFlare » Sun Jun 06, 2004 11:35 pm

ok, I go to edit my profile and then edit top 10 anime. I then press the check mark on DragonBall Z and type in "1" in the box, and then add. It says there's an error and that I didn't add a number. I try again by adding the number first and then pressing the checkmark...still error. I try again in every combination I can think of but I can't get it to work

This is a known bug that has to do with the way they deleted all the fake versions of dbz listings - that dbz/gt listing is a fake one so you can't add it. If you did try to add it, it would automatically add one of the real listings (Dragonball Z or the 'real' gt listing). But even if you click the 'real' listing of Dragonball Z, it probably won't work. The same is true for Inu Yasha - because they changed the names around not too long ago and it screwed up the top 10 anime boxes. They already know about the error, but it'll probably be a while before they get around to fixing it (the last time it was brought up was months ago).

If you can't add those two, try looking at the other dbz listings - see if you can find one that is a different 'color' from those two, or if one was italicized, look for a bold title. I don't know if you can actually add dbz now, since they changed the name. The best you can do is keep trying with the other versions and hope one goes through.

Not a big deal, but you can also have a #0 favorite anime. I imagine someone made a variable or assignment error?

Think of it as going up to 11, but in reverse. :P
