Well, u are not obligated to watch anymoar Naruto vids, but no one's obligated not to use it as well, despite turning into a crappy video or not. I guess this is the point here. Just keep in mind not everyone hate Naruto videos because of this.Kionon wrote: Well if they weren't typically the first thing people tried to edit with... I imagine if everyone tried editing (and totally failed with) say... Kanon, we'd all hate that immediately too. But usually, Kanon videos are pretty decent, if not outright awesome, and are almost never someone's first editing source.
There is no problem with it! But since anime is meant for watching, not editing, it's just kindda sad.Kionon wrote: While my editing is an act of self-expression, with rare exceptions, I only BUY anime for source. I mostly just watch it for source as well. With sooooo much of it around me 24/7, I have to have a reason to wade through it. Editing is usually that reason. Is this a problem?
I dont know if u understood it, but that was a comment meant for the guy who made this thread. That reply would be fine if meant for this part of my comment tho:Animated24 wrote: Even I am still using some naruto scenes. There will be one or two in my next project. But... i lately started to believe that i edit, in order to please others and become more and more popular down here, not for my pleasure.
And i like that! It's my choice!
"Some want to be recognized, some do it 'cause they aren't good at anything else, some do it for fun. I think the a-m-v.org welcomes everyone who edits amvs, not just the ones who take it seriously, right?"
so yeah, it's pretty much your choice and no one is condemning you. Just don't condemn people with other choices, since we are supposed to welcome everyone here, not just the ones trying to be elite
