• Comments: A battle video against Pinoyword7up. I've been asked by many people during the past year or so to battle Pinoyword7up. I have never watched any of his videos prior to the battle so I really had no idea exactly what kind of editor I was going up against and I've only heard things about him from other editors.

  I've had some split opinions whether or not I should leave the "I'm so fucked up" line in there or not. Some felt like it lightened the mood, some had the "I-don't-know-how-to-react" disturbed feeling, which I originally intended. In the end I chose to keep it in there since without it, it just felt completely empty and weak without it.

  I edited the first 40 seconds without any audio because I didn't have a song chosen at the time. I believe I went through 20 songs or so until I landed on Sxy by ZXYZXY. After I had the song chosen, I edited up to a minute twenty which is when I went into a temporary state of hibernation (aka, laziness...as always =.=).
  
  I then completed the rest of the video on the day it was due...Honestly editing this video felt like releasing rage and anger towards a salad bowl; various fruits and vegetables flying all over the place.

  I originally got the idea for the AMV while I was taking a shower on a hot day. While I was washing my back, I saw a drop of blood hit the shower floor and I was freaked out. I stared at the ceiling and wondered where the drop came from until I tasted blood. I then realised I was nosebleeding...in the shower...which is very annoying. So I pinched my nose, leaned forward and so on to stop the nosebleed but every so often a small drop would escape and hit the shower floor, dissipating with the running water. I then held out my free hand and let the blood drop there and again it diffused amongst thin layer of water on my hand.
  
  It reminded me of those shower scenes in horror movies where the blood runs with the water yet this felt somewhat creepier as I'm seeing it from a (obviously...lol) first person perspective.
  
  Well basically I nosebleed quite easily if it's a really really hot day and it happened to be extra hot that day...(damn Australian weather...)
