-age,
Loved this at Otakon, and voted it for the win.
*stabs Kevmaster repetedly with knife* sacrilege!
This anime is one of my all time favorites, and I didn't like the character designs at first either. I love it more for the story and how it ended (I actually got tearyeyed.... just a little ;p), but the character designs did grow on me after a while.
Awesome times, this video reminded me of all the reasons I liked the series. and although the effects were not needed to make this video any better than it wouldve been without, they were impressive enough and unique and also unobtrusive enough that I actually liked them in the video, even though I tend to not like effects like these in Romance stories.

very well-structured and the effects intertwine nicely with the simple editing so the attention was there from start to finish. Personally, this reminds me alot of nessies h&c vid, although I may be fooled by the similarity of the audio sources.
Also, I think more elaborate stuff at around 3.20 could have lasted a little longer, but then again, everything fell well into place.
8.1/10

Voted for this at Otakon! I really like ensemble character profiles like this. You guys did a great job showing a bit of each character and connecting everyone in web-like fashion. My only complaint would be that perhaps the one-by-one character montages get a little repetitive towards the end. Otherwise, it's great!

Very well edited, with a nice use of effects. A wonderful video that highlights the characters from the anime. Knowledge of the story and relationships of the show enhance the appreciation of this video as AtomX stated, but the editing and song combination make an engaging video irregardless of whether you are familiar with Honey and Clover (as he and others also stated).
I probably would have voted this video Best Romance/Sentimental if I attended Otakon. I'm a sucker for this type of video.
Here's a Konata "Kick Ass" Award:

(I think I'm giving out too many of these lately...)
