Hey, if you wanna fix it up and send it to me, that'd be great. I've just spent so much time on it, and I don't like the video despite the technical problems, so I don't feel like putting any more time into a better encode. However, if you feel like doing the work...please, be my guest! I'll reupload the fixed version to local. And I'm glad you like itKionon wrote:If you won't fix this, I will. I loved it, but the AR/Green Line annoyed me. So if you don't intend to make another version available, I'll have to do some work on the copy I have. :/

...Gah, you know what, I'll just recompress the damn thing. Everyone's complaining about it, it'd be just as much trouble to send you that as it would be to recompress it, so I'll just do it on this end.
ATTENTION EVERYONE. A CORRECT ASPECT RATIO/NON-GREEN LINE VERSION WILL BE UP...tomorrow, hopefully. Thanks for offering anyway Kio, I really appreciate it...if I have any problems, I'll just ask you

Well people, if you run it on VLC or MPC, then there's always the option to change the AR (just right-click and choose aspect-ratio, then the correct one - 16:9), so this is quite easily fixed within your player self.
I loved the intro/outro, like other people already mentioned. Crack, what Niotex meant is I think the intro from Jihaku (I'm guessing you already have that one on your HDD as it has won the VCA two years ago - if I'm correct).
As for the paint splatters within the video, I didn't really liked it, maybe because I couldn't see beyond the edges which are aliased - that bother me quite a lot - and look therefore too sharp (I don't think there are much options though with keying, so am not sure if there's an anti-aliasing or feather option, which would make it look better). Brush effects like yours are really hard to implement (to make something interesting of) and to be honest, the only good one I have seen is the Beck-part (of Rozard) in Reflections of Style 3.
I liked the song and combination with the anime. And I like the beginning with the circles masking, where you made it look like rain falling on a lake (or see or something - from above - and soft/subtle ripple effect on the video would made it look a bit better), but when that part was done I saw the same effect, but with squares, which kinda left me wondering if the first part with the circles were meant like I thought it was...
All in all, I liked some of your other vid better, because this one more felt like a big experiment on how to use certain techniques. Well, I'm wondering how you will use the stuff you've learned in the feature!
Oh, maybe you should do what most people do: save multiple project files!

Ok,the amv is quite innovative in the use of effects but for me,it lacks depth especially given that it is a character profile.
The intro and the outro surely rock but after you began using the ink effect,it got messed up in my opinion. They are too quick and the scenes inside them are too small to understand what's going on.I also didn't like the border after 2:00.Simply needless...However,I liked the parts 0:14-0:40 and 3:14-3:24.
As for the green line,it doesn't pose a problem to me.
Surely a nice amv but doesn't appeal to me.

Yop CrackTheSky,
It's a very good editing, you have good visual quality, good effects, nice music, but than Full Metal Sempai, except all these qualities, it doesn't appeal to me really.
I've take pleasure to watch it, but I will not be able much to watch it, certainly for a kind question.
So, good job, it's a good video, but maybe not my kind of amv ^^
I wait your next vid =)
