My AniBos winners finally online

Post by Borihiei » Tue May 10, 2005 11:24 pm

About time some would say. My name is Alberto and I've had a few amv's at Anime Boston 03, 04, and 05 and AWA 10. It took me three years to put them online but here they are...FINALLY

Dream Setsuko, Dream: Anime Boston 2003 Finalist
One of my first attempts at a dramatic amv.

Petals of Change: Anime Boston 2004 Winner "Best Drama"
The one that people recognize me for...all four of them

Key of Time: AWA 10 Expo Winner "Best Artistic Endeavor"
Artistic, maybe, I enjoyed the long time it took to make it.

It Happens: Anime Boston 2005 "Winner Best Romance"
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=72230

Nerv: Declassified: AWA 10 Masters entry and Anime Boston 2005 Finalist
It's a Nerv video. I haven't seen many of them...not that I've been really looking.

I'll post a couple of others soon. But I would love feedback whenever possible.

They are all very nice, especially that Key video. It's too bad they are quicktime encodes, though. Nothing against it, just feels "old school" like it was done in the days before DivX (what was that, 5 years ago?) - way back when I first started collecting amvs.

But that's neither here nor there. These videos are really good and quite deserving of the awards.

Yeah I've liked your videos for a while now :)

(But, finding a good mp4 codec sucked, I now have a bsplayer
with mp4 forced compatiablity. It runs them good now that I manuelly
told it what it was. )

Thanks and sorry about the mp4's. They're the only formats I've gotten to work. I've tried DivX but I think I'm doing something wrong (Huge generation losses). The best mp4 player is Quicktime...though I could be wrong. Quicktime 7 actually reduces the generation loss a bit even when expanding it.

Oh, and Kai, I got one for ya that's a bit metal.
