My 4th official AMV on the org.

Title: Natsuiro
Video: Whisper of the Heart AKA Mimi wo sumaseba (a movie by Ghibli)
Audio: Yuzu - Natsurio
Genre: fun, serious, romance

Basically this AMV uses a japanese song, so if youre not interested in that sort of thing, well this isnt the one for you.

For those of you japanese speakers or ones that dont give a fuck about language 8) that are interested take a look and drop in an opinion if you feel up to it.

Artisticly beautiful, great shots of landscapes. Small downside for me being the thick, dark lines on either side of the picture.

The dark blocks on the sides/top/bottom were used to make the zoomed boxes stand out more but I guess it didnt work out?

ARGH!!!!
theres 1 HUGE error in the ending
the word 'kudarizakari' is meant to be downhill
yet i wasnt paying attention much to the ending lyrics thinking it was translated 'uphill'

So ignore that and pretend its meant to display uphill

I really liked that video. Even if I don't speak japanese, I think there was a link between the sequences and the lyrics.
The video illustrates pretty well the ambiance of mimi o sumaseba and it made me feel the same feelings as the movies (which is pure happiness

).
I just didn't really like, because I felt a little lack of rhythm with the music, but it must be because you wanted to show the all rising of the hill.
Well, very good video, which isn't just rhythm-based, but which follows a kind of story. So, good job

I'm pleased it made you feel good about the anime/movie. =D
Yes the ending does lack rythnmn alot becuase of the uphill scene that I just had to put in. Maybe I could have worked something out there in the end to make it beat to the rythmn.
Yeah this time I tried using more of a story-based AMV instead of a rythm-based action AMV which was a great experience for me.
