Have any of you gotten into a certain band because of a music video with that song. I have many times. I got into Trapt-Enigma by "My Soul is Bleeding". I have also bought many cds due to amvs. I got Yellow card because of a music video, I got Reveille because of "Bleed the Sky", I bought SR-71 because of "Toushi", and there are some others I cannot think of.

Is it possible that Euphoria made Frou Frou popular?

I admit I fell in love with "Must Be Dreaming" the first time I saw Euphoria and I started looking into Frou Frou. But I seem to be very hit and miss with them. I either love it or it doesn't do anything for me.

Oh! I got into The Aquabats thanks to ZennMora's Behind the Pirate: Captain Hampton. I had more success with The Aquabats then Frou Frou.

Yes- Definitely. Many AMVs introduced good music into my ears and encouraged me to buy some CDs.

hell yeah, i actually owe most of my CD collection to my early forays into AMVs (of course at the time it was all DBZ

), but stuff like machine head, SOADs first album, a perfect circle, our lady peace and incubus are all thanks to AMVs, and i am very VERY grateful.

Other than that, I can't think of anything right now...

Yep.

I got into Frou Four because of, what else, Euphoria

I got into Conjure One because of Center of the Sun

I got into Nightwish because of several AMVs.

But I don't think Euphoria made Frou Frou popular, because the fact is that where I live, no one has heard of them except through me, so, at least here, they're not popular.
