PLEASE NOTE EASTSIDE ANIME CLUB IS NOW CLOSED DOWN!!
This is the founders address and name now... (Sarah F.) I use the name Eastside Anime still but has no connection to the people or club as a whole anymore. Eastside Anime is still a studio, and a name that can be used by the aparted loyal wonderers or members of Eastside Anime if they'd like. :)
Eastside Anime is an anime club located in the Kirkland/Bellevue area of Washington state. We run without support or sponsership, we not part of any schools or any sort companys. All the anime we show and the equitment, that includes the video projector, we bring our selfs to local libraries every weekend. We get around 90 members and over 10 to 30 people a showing.
We frist started on music videos after Sakura-Con 2000, in July when got a JVC SVHS HR-S4600U, a flying erase head editing VCR. It was something Pulled out of our ass, and did for the fun of it, we just record on the SVHS when ever feel was good, strangely enough we came up with a Utena music video to Cystral Methed just end up matching parts of the music really well! O_O Soon after we did a timed Music video to Sorcerous Stabber Orphen to a song by A Covenant Of Thorns called Love Crooked Love and the Music video to Angel Sanctaury by band Orgy's song Revivel. The Utena one we did with Ben's tape and was done in around half an hour and the Orphen & AS video took over 2 days.
Use All In Wonder video for S-Video Out, Buz card for S-Video In, JVC SVHS HR-S4600U and then we leave the DVD ripping the anime club's LAN party group. ^_^ Programs we use are Abode Premier, Adobe After Effects, RealProducer Plus, Peck's Power Join and MGI VideoWave. Adding more updating more, getting rid of "old programs" for the verisons we can now afford. ...not like don't feel bad about it but we're poor. >_< We were not the Hilton Sisters here!
