I'll try to keep this brief... I was born in the USSR in 1981, emigrated to Baltimore in 1991 with my family, and now I attend Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. At this college, I teach a course called an ExCo (Experimental College), which is essentially a student-taught course for actual college credit! I love that about my college. And, of course, my courses are on anime. I taught one in the fall of 2001 on "Revolutionary Girl Utena," and one in the spring on mech anime, where I showed "Key The Metal Idol," "Gasaraki," "The Big O," "Patlabor1," and "Patlabor2." Yeah, I like anime.
And... that's about all the insight into my person you'd need for now :) I let my videos speak for me, and if you read the commentary on them, you should find some more cool little tidbits of information. I haven't got them avaliable for download quite yet... but I'm a full-time student and I've got a lot of things going on. Sorry about that, but I'll get to doing that as soon as I can. Also, the stupid, defunct Transitory Studios website up now is a piece of trash that I never got to finish, and that turned into something awful. I will take it down and replace it with a good one as soon as I can as well. Sorry about that, don't go to it, it is not long for this world...
