Profile: AMV's are a hobby I indulge when I'm not in the middle of working on one of my own films. I've been rejected (also a great Don Hertzfeld piece) from MANY, MANY film festivals, but have also managed to get into a few as well...which is always gratifying.

I have a degree in neuroscience as well as a degree in film. Does that make me more qualified or less qualified than anyone else here? Not likely, but I like to fully disclose where I'm coming from when I make an opinion. I appreciate well thought out intelligent criticism. The more critical the better.

I also am one of the technical judges for the Anime Boston AMV contest. Which unfortunately disqualifies me from competing at the first con I ever attended.

Carved Light is my production company...trying to navigate the copywrite laws to make sure it stays that way.
