IT'S DONE!
I can't believe I finished editing tonight...admittedly I rushed a *little* near the end. But overall I'm pretty satisfied. It's kind of focused on effects, but there isa bit of a concept...anywho, I'll upload it tomorrow afternoon. Hope you all enjoy! -

Anyway, while I was working today, my supervisor, Howie, came by to check out whether all the pans of fod were full, and one wasn't so he took out a full one and said, "Here Josh, put this there."
...My name's Ben. I swear...I've been working there for almost three months, every day I feel dumber after leaving, and my supervisor doesn't even know my name.
Actually, it doesn't bother me that much. I laughed out loud as soon as he left, because it's actually really funny and I'm going to see if I can have some fun with it.
And speaking of work, they've started playing the radio on one of the local Chicago stations that plays Christmas music nonstop this time of year. It'll get annoying in a week or two, but for now it's really nice. I love the feeling of Christmas. In fact, as I was working I got an idea for an AMV set to some Christmas song with the Love Hina Christmas Special...I don't think I'll be able to do it because I lack the resources, but I think it'd be fun if I could. Kind of like...a Christmas present for the people who actually like my AMVs. Not holding my breath, though.
So hopefully by this time tomorrow my AMV will be on the .org, but that's extremely unlikely, especially because I'm spending so much time writing this journal. I have about a minute left of footage to insert, which is possible to do in a day but unlikely given how much time I'm spending on perfecting the effects. It'll be close; I REALLY don't want to have to put it off until I get back from Thanksgiving Break, because I'm in a groove right now and I don't want to upset that. Ugh, I should get on it...
But not yet. You know what's fun? To go back and look through old journal entries. I wish I had numbered my journals from the beginning like dj_ultima does, but I didn't. If I had to guess I'd say I have somewhere around 50, but I can't say for sure. I really love to write. I have a real journal that I write in several times a week (to pass the time in boring classes), as well as my MySpace blogs, of which over the course of a year or so I've made over 175. Those have slowed down since I got to college, though.
Oh, and I updated my profile. Now I'm pimping editors that I think haven't gotten the recognition they deserve, as well as their better videos. Don't feel bad if you're not on the list - either I haven't seen your videos, or enough people know about you that I don't feel like I need to "pimp" you. But you should check out my list and all the videos I mention. They're on there for good reason.
Ok, well, I think I'm going to finish this episode of Love Hina Again and then start (and hopefully finish) editing. Catch y'all later.
