Oh my God, you have no idea how great it feels. I had my last final last night, I just got off work for the last time until next year...all the stress is just melting away. Now all I have to do is print out my Intro to Bible paper, walk over to the classroom, turn it in and I can kick back and relax for a month. I'm going home tomorrow evening, and I'm pretty darn excited about it. I go home quite often, but this time I'm bringing my computer and I'm itching to start a new AMV project...so many ideas. I also can't wait to start on some of my MEPs...
I really hope I can connect my computer to the Internet at my house, but I'm not counting on it :/ So I probably won't be on as much. And I won't be downloading as many videos...not that I download a whole lot to begin with...meh. Whateva.
Ok, well, I think I'll hand in my Bible final and have evrything just over with...I did bad on all my other exams, but this one I'm relatively confident about and besides, I just want it all to be done and over with ^_^

Especially because my finals have not been going so well. Sociology was a bitch. I think I got maybe a low C...that's all I can hope for. The essay question on that test killed me...and then dialogue was no walk in the park, either. See, almost every Friday this semester all the freshies in a Dialogue I class had to go to a lecture hall and listen to someone give a lecture on something different each week. Well, naturally, I either fell asleep during those lectures or wrote in my journal, or read, or simply didn't pay attention. And a whole section of my final was dedicated to those lectures...our professor was nice enough to gather all the PowerPoint presentations that were shown at each of those lectures and upload them online so we could review for the test, but half of them were in some nonexistent format and the others didn't make too much sense to someone who hadn't paid any attention to the lectures. Assuming I get full points for every question I answered, I'll have a ~75%...it's a good thing I'm getting a B in that class.
And I have my psych final tonight >_< Not looking forward to that one, at ALL. Haven't even started studying for it, I'll do that after dinner. The final starts at 6:30...*sigh* The only thing that's getting me through today is tomorrow. And the idea of going HOME! Can't wait to take my PC and stuff and just chill at my house for a month...
Ok, well, I think I'll go now. I'll miss you Yeiweh...can't wait 'til you come back...

Good Lord...there are 305 entries on the .org that use The Goo Goo Dolls in their videos, and a whole 212 of those videos use the song "Iris" >_<
Now, I'm a huge GGD fan. They're probably my favorite band next to Toad The Wet Sprocket (who will be getting more attention from me, AMV-wise). But "Iris"? Come on. That song sucks. It used to be good, and then it got extremely overplayed and I got sick of it. Now, that's probably the reason it has so many entries, but The Goo Goo Dolls deserve more representation than THAT. I mean, there are a ton of other good songs on Dizzy Up The Girl...and I'm going to naively assume that if you're using the song "Iris", you have the CD Dizzy Up The Girl. Come on - where are AMVs with "Hate This Place"? Only ONE AMV with "Bullet Proof"? (That'd be a really good one to use). And what about "Extra Pale"? (Could be used in a parody AMV to great effect [considering the lyrics], if the right editor picked it up). Come on. NO songs from Superstar Car Wash? Ugh.
Reminder to self: Make a good Goo Goo Dolls AMV with a song that's NOT "Iris".

I love getting ops from Yeiweh. They always make me laugh out loud ^_^
So I didn't have my sociology final today, thank God. I overslept for the class by 30 minutes and came to the review session late...I hope I don't do that again Wednesday morning >_< I am never taking a class that starts at 8:00 in the morning again if I can help it.
So I figure, it's near the end of the semester, and I want to look back and see what's changed about me since I started this whole college thing. Basically, I've become much, much more reclusive. All I do is sit at my computer all day (literally) and either play Counter-Strike, or watch AMVs, or edit, or (since Saturday) play around in Blender. I really just don't do anything else. It makes me suprised that I'm not fat. Although I think that next semester I'm going to start going to the rec center to work out. I try to eat healthy, but most of what I eat is junk food. I don't wanna get fat >_<
So I had another dream about an .org member this morning (I think it was actually when I was supposed to be in sociology). This is really getting weird, and unsettling. I've never met any of you people and I'm dreaming about you. This particular member isn't even someone I talk to, really...it's quite strange.
So. I think now I'll op Krisqo's kick-ass video...sorry dude, I've had computer problems. And by "had computer problems" I mean "gotten distracted by Counter-Strike, GTA III and Family Guy". Hope you can forgive me for taking so long...

That's what I've come up with in Blender so far. It may not look like much, but considering I only started learning the program yesterday...I'm pretty proud of it (although that's not to say that I came up with this out of thin air - the tutorial I'm reading gave me the pitcures to use to make this. But it didn't actually give me step-by-step instructions for the wolf, so I consider it my creation).
This week's gonna suck. Actually, I take that back. It won't be too bad. I like finals week. Take a few tests, and no more class. I'm not good at tests, but I tend not to worry about finals, even though logically I should. Especially because I'm getting solid Cs in three of my four classes - dialogue's the only "safe" one (with a low-middle B). I started my final paper for Intro to Bible today - knocked out four of the six questions. The last two are more difficult (and it's stupid because the other Intro to Bible class has only four questions for their paper, but we have six 'cause our T.A.'s a nut). I'm gonna miss that class, a lot. It was very interesting, and it made me think as much as any class I've ever taken has. But it was really hard, and I definitely don't want to major in any sort of BTS class. Goooo physics :/
And then on Friday I'm going home - and I have to take all my stuff with me. I don't really mind. I can't wait for break, if for no other reason then because I can FINALLY watch some anime that's been sitting on my shelves for a long time for no good reason, and I can start editing for MEPs and another few projects I have in mind. They're gonna be good ones (I hope). This week's going to be dedicated to three things, though - finals, watching as much Eureka Seven as possible, and learning Blender.
I'm not sure if I have my sociology final tomorrow. I'm relatively confident it's on Wednesday, actually, but there's no point in being reckless. I think I'll study for about 15 minutes and then go to sleep.
