I finished my video early this morning, and now it's all compressed and waiting to be uploaded. Just waiting on a couple people I asked to beta it. I don't know when I'm going to upload it here...may not be for a while, although I'm uber-tempted to do it now. I really like it, but I just released Lain's Lullaby like a week ago. There needs to be some time between releases, no?
My original plan was to wait until Valentine's Day and release it then (as it's a bit of a love story), but I don't know if I can wait that long :/

So I went to Fry's Electronics today...holy crap, I never realized how many complete anime box sets they have. And at really good prices too. Granted, most of them are only 13-episode sets, but so what? $34.99 for The Vision of Escaflowne? Hellz yeah, I'd tap that. $29.99 for Wolf's Rain? $29.99 for Angelic Layer (which is done by BONES, the studio that made both RahXephon and Eureka Seven)? I'm in. Looks like I've got some anime to buy over the next couple months ^_^ I just wish they'd get Noein...I haven't seen that series, but it looks hella sweet (if the last segment of Reflections of Style 3 is any indication, at least).
I wonder where Kariudo is? He's usually being helpful on the forums, but he hasn't been on in a few days...I think he said something about that in his last journal entry. *Goes to check* Nevermind, he was on yesterday. Good luck finding that Wii. According to Game Informer, the new Zelda game is the best yet. Which doesn't surprise me, but makes me REALLLLY want to play it. The most recent Zelda game I played was Majora's Mask, which is still quite possibly my favorite game of all time. But I don't doubt Nintendo could improve upon themselves.

I've watched that video about a billion times in the last three days, and I love it more each time I watch it. I can't recommend it enough. One of my all-time favorites.
I've got ops to do...and I have a bunch more to give to people who have requested them via PM...it's not like I hate giving ops, but it is a time-consuming thing to do, considering the length of the ops I give. And it's harder with some videos. There are videos I watch and right after watching I want to give an opinion because I have a lot to say about it. This usually happens with videos that I don't like as much by editors I know are newbs. Then there are videos that are really outstanding and I have a lot to say because I liked it so much. These are typically videos done by the editors here on the .org that I know and like. Then there are videos where I don't really have a lot to say, but feel like I have to say SOMEthing. Those are the ops I give most frequently, and they can be given to anyone. I dunno. Those videos are the reason I take so long to write opinions.
Oh, and I was thinking earlier today...you know what, I completely forgot what I was thinking today. It was something like an observation that Greg would probably post in his journal. Dammit. It was a good one too :( Well, I'm sure Greg will bring it up eventually. He always makes posts like that.
And finally, I want to bid a farewell to Yeiweh for now...you'll be missed, I hope you realize that. But you certainly have more willpower than I do. But I should take a page out of your book...AMVs are wreaking havoc with both my social and academic lives. But meh. They're fun.
