I've realized that as I've gotten more accustomed to the .org, made more friends and videos, that I don't really care about getting opinions as much as I used to. I think I've finally reached the point where I can say that the biggest reason I do this hobby is for fun.
Actually, I like that my newer videos have gotten less opinions, although almost all the ones that they have I didn't ask for. But see, that's what makes this place great. I have friends here who'll op my videos without asking for anything in return (although to be fair, I owe a few of these people ops myself...), and that alone makes me happy that I do this. I could not even host my videos here, for that matter. They're just fun to make, and I know enough people around the .org that I can say "Hey, I've got a new video I want to show you", and as long as they'd watch it, that makes me happy, whether they even like it or not.
It's great to make videos that I myself can watch over and over again and still enjoy them. My early videos, I can't do that at all. I can see why other people would like them, I guess, but I myself hate them because I didn't make them for me.
My point is that ops are nice, but I'm past caring about how many ops or hits I get anymore. It's kind of a nice feeling ^_^
