Holy crap. I got 52% on that test. Way better than I was expecting :P After checking out that lab portion...I'm screwed for this test ;_; Oh well, the final should save me :up:

So, I just got done taking an anatomy test. It was 100 questions long, all multiple choice, on the immune/reproductive systems. I guessed on literally every question.
So now I'm in the lobby of Carlson Tower (which is the main building with all our classrooms at my school) until 8:00 when we go back into class and have our tests graded.
This should be entertaining (:>)
I'm not expecting to get higher than a 50%. In fact, a 30% would be pretty good the way that test went. I feel bad for whoever has to grade it.
Not that this test matters a whole lot, mind you. The reason I'm not freaking out is because I still have the lab portion of the exam to do on Thursday, which is worth 50 points. Now, our professor sets up the lab exam two days before so we can go in and look at all the questions (and answers) to help 'study'. In reality, I just spend an hour going through the exam and memorizing all the answers, so the actual test is a breeze.
That's not the best part of this class, though. I'm getting something like an 80% in the class total (although that'll take a nice hit once this test gets added to my grade), and this is the last test before the final. The final itself is going to be absolutely the easiest thing in the world - it's a frigging take-home multiple-choice test that I have like five days to complete. I can just look up all the answers online (the nice thing is that my professor puts ALL his PowerPOint presentations online for us to look up). I expect to get no less than an 85% on the final, which is the most weighted grade in the course. If all goes well, I should have a low-to-mid B by the end of the semester.
Awesome.
So today's test was basically just entertainment for whoever gets to grade it, as well as myself...Hahaha, I can't wait to see my grade on it :P

Might turn into a rant...

So I was talking to this guy as I was playing Pangya tonight...interesting fellow. He's olny 12 years old, mind you, but he said a lot of things that kinda struck me. He's from Brazil, but his English was like, really really good...I mean, there were a lot of grammatical errors and such but he knew how to communicate a point pretty well.
Anyway, he was talking about how he wants to visit America so badly...he loves Route 66 and the idea of travelling on the highway with his family. I thought that was an odd thing for a foreigner to want to do, but he seemed pretty set on it. He was talking about how America is all beautiful and stuff, and how he loves all the things he sees on TV that describe America.
It was weird to hear.
I know that this is because I live in America and I take probably most of its beauty for granted, or maybe it's just because I've lived in one place all my life and haven't really seen much of my country, but I think there are much prettier, more interesting places in the world to want to go. We push the greatness and beauty of our country on everyone else...but there's so much dirt and crap in this country that foreigners probably don't know about.
That's not to say America is a bad place to live - no, quite the contrary, but I think that there are better places in the world. And I want to visit them. Why waste time on America? I'd like to go to Asia, Antarctica (THAT'D be fucking SWEET), hell I'd like to go to South America. I'm sick of America.
Ugh. If my journals aren't about AMV stuff they're about how I'm sick of my location. It's gotta be getting old by now.
Anywho, I friended the kid, I'd like to talk to him more. I always find it interesting to hear the crazy romanticized ideals people believe about our country. Cool kid, though.
