It's finally finished, and uploaded. I would have been done with it ages ago if it weren't for all the masking trouble I had to go through. -sigh- I'm so happy to get this video off my chest...now I'm free to focuse on my mep segments! Signs of Darkness and Grief shouldn't take me too long...and I've already got Elfen Lied ripped and everything, so that takes out a load of time. Then I get to work on Kaxi's mep, which I'm pretty excited about. Whee!

How come every time I try to do extensive masking on any clip, Vegas decides it wants to crash on me? /: It's really starting to piss me off. I'm debating whether I should just take the masking out all together...it's really annoying having to restart Vegas every 5 minutes.
It's not just the masking issue, but I'm feeling pessimistic about this video as a whole. Mainly because it's Naruto...and I feel so burned out on Naruto, even though I've only made two videos using it. The only reason I'm making this one is because it's for the NarutoFan.com AMV contest...actually, that's not even a good enough reason, so I don't know why I'm making it. I guess because I started it, and now I have to finish it. It's actually done, for the most part...I'm just working on masking out a character during the beginning, and making the background black and white. Though, I'm questioning whether that's even worth it anymore.
Even though I don't have high hopes for this video, I still don't want it to look like complete crap...so if anyone would like to beta this, please send a pm my way (that is, anyone that feels like they can sit through another Naruto amv XP). It's a nearly effects-less amv (spare the masking at the beginning...which is still in limbo), and it's a basic storytelling of the decay of Team 7, set to Apocalyptica's 'Until It Sleeps.' ....I really need a second opinion on this one, so any thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I guess I'll go mess around with the masking a bit more...if someone does end up wanting a beta, I'll render what I've got, and upload it for ya. Don't let the hard times get you down, Yeiweh. People can be really awful sometimes, but that's no reason to leave all your friends behind. Though we haven't talked much, I've always thought of you as a nice, and very interesting person, and I enjoy seeing you around the .org...I wish you would consider staying.
Whether you believe it or not, many people will miss you. :(
