Yeah, it's been out for about 13 days, but blegh - I didn't want to mention it till I was set on a new idea. So yeah, a new CCS vid, featuring Sakura and her love for life, her friends, and the cards. It's just a sweet *very* simple and pretty video, set to Celine Dion's 'I'm Alive.'
I'd recommend this for anyone who liked my Sailormoon vids, "Innocent Love," and "Star Crossed" - it has that same soft drama feel to it, relying on pretty footage and music more than a mess of mind-numbing cuts and distracting effects. Well, a few distracting effects, but they only last a second or two, I swear. ;p

They fixed the information on the local download page to mention the yearly donation. I'm so giddly, it's silly.
I'll have to wait a few weeks to get over my post-yaoi-con debt, but first thing next month, I'll be a donator again. And happily so - I wanted to donate just to support Phade's removal of that 2 week wait (I always thought donators paid so others could get their vids, so uploading should have been restricted rather than downloading). Now that they've cleared up the statement on the download page, I've nothing to hold me back. I'm very glad to see the org isn't underhanded about things. ^_^ -

Yeah, odd point of discussion. Nemoxs thinks I'm a snob (Voices of Ryan for the newer members). I'd like input on this since I've never been called that before in my life (I'm 24, so that's a lot of years). ^_^;
Feel free to flame as long as you tell me what I did that made me snobbish. And anyone who thinks I'm a 'Goddess" is welcome to respond as well - that's another new on on me. o.o
Heh, I've been called argumentative, over opinionated, a 'save the newbie' crusader, and a bitch. But never a snobby goddess who thinks she's better than everyone else. Hell, the amv genre is the anime fandom I'm worst at - I'll be the first to say I suck in the eyes of everyone else. I'd die before claiming to be better than even a fraction of the creators here.
I'm a writer. I'm not a visual or audio-inclined person. o.O -

Well, now that my zip drive is messed up, I don't have much to do at work - just things I can transfer on a little floppy disk. But I've been interested in the Jin/Touya pairing from YYH, so I've done 3 pics for it so far - one of which is a hentai pic and won't be linked here. ;p

I'm working on updating my site and hope to have a section up for Saiyuki doujinshi by this weekend. Hopefully I'll get my newer fics added as well - I need an entirely new section for my YYH/HP crossover fic. >.> -

We just got back from Yaoi-com. It was fun, though I'm not sure how to explain some of the pictures I took of the 'live bishonen.' >.> The cosplay ones are pretty self-explanatory, but some of the bishi scenes were...explicit. I'll probably let my mom develop them and see if she can guess for herself.
I actually won something at the amv contest - the main reason I wanted to go this year (instead of waiting till I could actually afford a trip). 'Denial' - the vid I really wanted to get shown - took Romance and most Artistic, which just makes me giddy. I was hoping there would be enough KxH fans to like it. And 'Believe in Us' got an award for fitting the 'dark' theme of the convention. It's funny, that one, since I hadn't planned to send it (and have 2 yyh vids in the contest). I'm glad I did, though, since my poor Inuyasha vid just didn't look clean enough to be on that big screen. ^_^;
I met some of the creators and fic writers I've only had names for - gives me some catching up to do now that I'm back with my comp. It's hard enough weeding yaoi fans out of the members here, trying to keep up with the fanfic writers is difficult - they post all over the place, after all.
I didn't buy much aside from doujinshi, but I can't wait to scan them in and start playing with my favorite scenes. ;p I have big plans for them since they're much cleaner than most of the pics I have now. I did get some anime from the amv contest, but I've never heard of the series - I'll have to watch them this weekend (or after work) to see if there's any amv material there. Here's hoping.
