Oh, I almost forgot. Well, it seems that my daughter has it in her head that she just Loooooves Pokemon now. Event though I introduced her to it over 4 years ago she just now is crazy about it. I found out why. 2 of her classmates and her reading buddy have Pokemon cards. So she was asking and asking and asking over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again for cards.
She wants to watch the old VHS tapes that I have, she wants more cards etc etc etc.
Well, here's a golden opportunity. I bought her 2 expansion packs (because she only wants to look at the cards) and she's having a fun time looking at the cards. So, now to be able to get more cards, she'll need to earn them. Hee hee hee. Chores chores chores.
After I looked at them and checked the game out on the internet (http://www.go-pokemon.com/ ) I decided to make sure that she didn't just think they were pretty cards. I purchased MYSELF starter packs (looks like a fire and a metal pack from Diamonds and something something) . Looks fun, reminds me of the Magic card game. But it sure doesn't beat my Animayhem card game, that's just schweet and you can play 1 player.
Yeah, that's it. So I guess I'll be going to the tournaments and kicking pre-teen butt with my Poke-deck!) - 2007-06-25 06:01:04 Morning again ORG!
