Making my life a little more entertaining. 2008-02-18 21:26:25 Ok, I've almost finished my setup for a home theater.

I have my 128" wide screen screen with a DLP projector running 720p.
I bought myself a AVeL LinkPlayer2 which does is a dvd player PLUS a media center
I installed TVersity media server on my PC.

Results: I can watch EVERY AMV file I have on my PC streamed to my big screen (Skittles and Attack of the Otaku look amazing! Butterfly is still the kids favorite.)
I have web TV, web radio, web browsing and all sorts of stuff on there too! I can have the player link to a folder on my computer or to a location on the web and download/transcode/stream through TVersity to my bigscreen with just the remote control. Ahhhhhh! Life is nice sometimes.
