I think I've got about 5 extra seconds done now... I wish I had a fast way to wipe out backgrounds in Photoshop.... yawwwwwn! Lasso, Magic Wand, Eraser, Delete Key, oh yeah, don't forget to duplicate the layer. ARGH! Computer, don't crash on me now!
It's 8 now, gotta head to work. 45 minutes of driving, 75km go do.

I watch the Into my Soul, I feel weird now. Kinda odd. Something inside me is shouting out "I still love women! I still love women! " Were they 2 guys? Sometimes you can never tell... like on Samurai Showdown or Save my Earth. How many stars do you want (feeling like I could be under the influence of suggestion)?

You are so lucky! I've been trying to 3 1/2 years to get high speed internet at my house but can't . I live only 1/2 mile away from the nearest drop and they (phone co.) don't want to extend it. GRRRRRRR!

OK, your last comment prompted me to download your videos, I downloaded 2, the She Bang and the Anime Dream.... well, they're not all that good. The active site members here are very opinionated and have a standards. I don't expect anyone to have a good rating when they don't remove subtitles unless it is needed (like Tainted Donuts and a few others I have seen) and beginning/end credits for a show without removing the credits themselves.
Don't take critisism too harshly, it is meant to guide you into making better videos. Some, unfortunately, add profanity to their opinions, I wouldn't give them the time of day.
If you're wondering why I don't have a video posted, well, I'm still working on mine. I have 2 videos that are my benchmarks, Sierra Lorna's - In my mind and Kevin Caldwell's Engel. In my mind has amazing effects and timed perfectly, the transitions and blending are incredible. Engel has the best story sequence I can find anywhere, the video is, in my opinion, a masterpiece considerering it is a 2 VCR method of dubbing.
Here's is my creative advice for you (2 cents):
1. Remove all subtitles and titles unless needed
2. Resolution is too low, difficult to watch
3. Story and video flow is important, most of your time should be set to planning the video and making it flow from on sequence to another.
4. If you are using Windows Movie Maker, keep the effects to a minimum, transitions are fine but WMM is meant mostly for home movies, it works great but very poor in features. I created my first AMV on WMM and it will never be released, I noticed my flaws when I saw the Sierra Lorna's videos.
Keep on working to improve your skills, borrow techniques from other creators and apply them to your videos. After a while, your own inspiration will come up and tell you: Hey, it would look so much better this way.

My lunch!
2006-01-12 08:57:07
Forgot my lunch! Shoot! Now I have to buy it. I get paid once a month on the 15th and I have $6 left in my account. I need $60 of gas for my car by tomorrow morning.
Dilemma, should I :
A: Take the $6 and buy a bag of chips for lunch and a Pepsi, leaving the change to buy a lotto ticket.
B: Starve for lunch and start a collection at work so I can buy gas.(gotta make me look as pitiful as possible)
C: Scan my cash, copy and paste 9 times so I get a total of $60 and then show the gas attendant that I am good to pay for it and promise to pay them on Monday.
Of course the answer is D: Download AMVs and copy on CD, sell them in the lobby and generate cash, cash, cash! ;-)
Sigh, I'll just dip into my borrowing account. It's nice to have credit.... WAIT! Credit Card! I forgot I had that! Woohoo, buffet for lunch!
