I'm in Jub's house...it's a lot nicer than my house...o.O Cleaner...with less cat hair (and less cats). :P
And we're watchin' videos together and makin' fun of them or sayin' how awesome they are...who knows...right now we could be watching *your* video...

I feel sorry for Katie...all those layovers...I had a direct flight with no layover...yay!
And Oni-Con tomorrow...yay!
And hangin' with Jubbers...yay! (picture 2 rabid fangirls swapping dvds back and forth like 5 year olds with barbie dolls or baseball cards...)
And we just got done rubbing her "pleasantly plump" hamster's belly for luck...

Packing. I realize tonight as I pack all my stuff up for my Houston trip (Oni-Con and Jubbers...WOOT!) how much I hate flying, especially now with all these rules and regulations. I used to be one of those people who never checked baggage due to a fear that it would be lost...everything went in one bag with me on the plane. Now, I can't have my shampoo cuz some asshat tried to take something similar to shampoo and make it into a bomb, and I have to entrust my baggage to airline employees if I'm to have my shampoo. ::grumble::
And...I can't take my bic lighter...but I can have knitting needles in the cabin??? WTF?? O.O Show of hands...how many others have seen at least one horror movie where someone gets offed with knitting needles? I know I've seen a few...
Also, it seems apparent that they want to keep the "mile high club" in business, as you're still allowed to bring up to 3 ounces of personal lubricant with you on the plane. O.o
In other news...family drama at an all time high. 'Nuff said cuz I highly doubt anyone here wants to hear the boring details. Suffice it to say that it's kept me busy, so I haven't had a chance to render and org version of "Erosion" yet (which really, all I have to do is slap some credits on it and re-export). Anywho...I'm *hoping* to get that done when I get back so people can start 1 star rating it to death. :P
And then, maybe...just MAYBE...I'll be able to really dedicate myself to some serious editing time. I've got 3 projects in the works right now...let's see which one grabs my attention the longest...

So, while I *should* have been replying to Judge regarding his latest beta and rendering an org version of "Erosion" to premiere...instead I've been nursing feral kittens.
Seems that one of the local strays decided to "place" them under my porch. Got home from work earlier this week and darn near ran one over. They're barely weaned, so most of this week has been spent teaching them how to eat and drink on their own...which thankfully they seem to have under control as of tonight (YAY! No more 2 am feedings...) And the best part is that they're coming around to living with people nicely...not nearly as feral as when I first picked them up. :)
Anywhos...Erosion...this weekend...I will have it rendered and on the org. Just giving ya'll fair warning so you can begin composing your flames ahead of time. :P
And yeah...Oni-Con...me and Jubs = GLEE! Come see us...I demands it. :D -

Wow...from the sounds of it...seems like everyone had a blast. Makes me even more sad that I couldn't go. :( But, since Josh is threatening to drag everyone with him that couldn't go next year...looks like I have something to look forward to. lol
And now I find myself in the position of asking myself a very important question...
Will I be able to finish a horror video in time for Halloween?
