  • And about those drinks... 2006-04-18 19:18:17 Yeah, Sub0...if you guys are all coming for drinks...well, I live in the land of corn...aka Iowa. Don't know how long of a hike that is for ya...but hey, I've got a big house. :P

    Though I wouldn't mind hosting a JJ convention of sorts around the same time as Anime Iowa or Anime Nebraskon...I attend both and there's an open invite for anyone that wants to come to share a room (or my spare bedroom/couches). :D 
  • Ok peoples... 2006-04-18 19:08:47 I *just* signed on...and here I am reading the journal entries...and here are all these entries with "congrats Raven" and "Raven needs to buy us all drinks!"

    So, I'm thinking "WTF???" What did I do *this* time??

    So, I pop over to the forums and learn about "Someday" and Best Drama at Kawaii...and about FAINT cuz not very many people like that vid...

    Then I remember Sub0's post about Anizona and am thinking..."wait a minute, did he get his cons mixed up?" So for shits and grins I go to the Anizona forums and find out that "Mark of My Sins" wins drama there...

    HOLY CRAP PEOPLE!!!

    I went screaming through the house, hit my head on the way down the stairs to call my mom (it still hurts), and scared the hell out of my cats...but I'm calmer now. :P

    Well...not really...this made my freakin' night!!! *SQUEE!!!*

    And yeah, Judge, drinks are on me...totally! :D

    Thanks everyone...really...for everything...if it weren't for you guys I'd still be making crap.

    I'm going to call Vlasis now...and everyone else I know. lmao

    hmmm...no mention in all the con buzz as to reactions to either "Mark" or "Someday"...ah well, such is life. :P

    Got about 90% of all my clips that I'll need for the comedy vid...just have to rip and clip the new dvds that I got this weekend (and I'm STILL waiting for one from ebay...dammit).

    And the ideas are coming for the project after this comedy...a work that showcases my darker side...a tribute to my favorite bishie villains. ::rubs hands together:: muahahahaha.

    And before I forget...
    CONGRATS to all the JJ kiddies that did so well at Kawaii and Anizona this weekend...you guys rawk! :D
