    You know, I'm not much one for clicking the links in someone's sig...but I did this time out of curiosity...only to find out that I'm apparently the one who's videos suck and "don't deserve their scores."

    So much for all that effort, huh?

    Though it would be nice if he could at least get things straight...I AM NOT A GUY.

    It's a funny thing...Laura (my friend) and I are so close that we consider each other sisters that were just born to different moms and dads...we've shared just about everything over the last 10 years or so, maybe longer. Oddly enough, though...even though I'm that close to her, I really didn't know her dad that well...and still...the thought of him being gone is almost as distressing as the thought of losing my own father. It's a realization that I recently came to after calling friends and family to report the news on her behalf. The other thing I've noticed is that there's a whole new level of grief for Laura and what she's going through...something that runs even deeper than that feeling I have for her dad.

    I'll be ok...she'll be ok (eventually). And your support is very much appreciated and heartwarming to me, and I'm sure will be to her as well.

    And with that, I bid you all goodnight, at least for now.

    Again, my sincerest thanks. :)

    In other bad news, just found out that my best friend's dad passed away today during heart surgery...rather unexpected, and quite frankly I'm not sure what to think right now (guess you could say I'm still in shock over the news).

    So, me thinks it'll be a short night on the org...I too am feeling the urge to withdrawl to the comfort of bed...

  • Awwww...poor Jubbers :( 2006-05-16 19:43:48 I knows how you feel...I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago...and the spacebar indentation on my forehead to prove it. ;)

    See, I had this idea for my Yaoi Con vid...had the song and the anime all picked out...ripped all the dvds, had the clips pretty much all made...

    And then another idea struck...

    So back to the drawing board I went. :P Different song, different series...more ripping, more clip harvesting...

    I guess the only difference is that I still plan on making the first video I was thinking of...just decided I wanted to do the 2nd one first...

    Which means I'll have *2* Yaoi Con vids?!?!?!
