Wow...303 dls for the month of May...
That's double what it normally is... O.O
I guess the moral of that story is that if you want to double your dls, enter some cons and release a comedy...even if your comedy ain't worth squat, it'll still boost your numbers. lmao :P
And in other news...
I'm taking a break from official AMV editing for the next couple of weeks. Reason being is that the new compy is almost done, and should arrive in that time, and I don't want to start a new project and then have to transfer everything over. So, I'll be taking the time to watch some vids, play catch up (again) with my ops, and clear my current pc of all my amvs, progs and files to make way.
::rubs hands together:: I can't wait for this new rig...hehehehehe...I'll *finally* get a chance to play with my adobe programs!!!!!! Wheeeeeeeee!
And the other order of business is to finally get Tanked Samurai on local...cuz I think I can actually hear Jub's impatient foot tapping in the distance...lol.
And may I just say WOOT for the long weekend!!!
Okay, I thinks I'm gonna go shopping now...I got this $25 gift certificate to Suncoast that's burning a hole in my wallet...

Start with that thread...just click on the links for the cons. Also, the alternative listing that they mention for Kari Bear's site in that thread is also something you should bookmark.
Once you follow the links to the respective con pages, most have their rules posted and how to send entries (snail mail, FTP, etc).
A-Kon is closed, but there are plenty of cons coming up this summer and fall that you can enter. Including Anime Nebraskon...which I'm trying to orchestrate the JJ Convention to coincide with that...muahahahahahaha. ;)
Anywho...I enter darn near every con with SOMETHING...so if you have questions, lemme know. I'll be glad to help. :D -

That's actually a tough one for me to put a psychic finger on. ;)
I got the gut feeling about Judge at Ota from looking at the playlist that Jenny emailed out to all the participants. And having seen City Divided (as well as most of the others on the list)...it just stood out to me. :P
Soooooo...I guess I could make a better prediction for A-Kon if I knew what all was going to be there in the finals...
HOWEVER...
My preliminary gut instinct tells me that either you (Katie) or Judge are going to take the amateur division...
But don't even get me started on the experts...there's a TON of good vids in there, just from the people we know alone...that could be anyone's contest. :D
Maybe I should consult my tarot cards instead of the crystal ball...the reception in it is kinda fuzzy. lmao -
