WTF Magic the Gathering is rigged beyond belief?!!!!!!!

That's right magic is rigged beyond beilef. I went to Regionals yesterday and finished 4-7. I could understand if I finished 4-7 if it was against creature destruct and wide variety of decks. But what gets to me is that Affinity for Artifacts won. I mean you can't beat it. You think that a 3 rd turn Shivan Dragon is bad a$$, but then your opponent already has you out number 5 to 1 literally. I mean they can play 4/4 for free. 1st turn they drop an artifact land play an orthinhopter, then some equip card. 2nd turn they drop another aritifact land and play a Frog myite for free or even possibly 2 and then play there 4/4 for one mana and then a second one for free. So wtf how do you deal with this. You can't really unless you get a miracle draw and pull out Rule of Law against them which limits both players to one spell a turn. Then you can't really do anything. And maybe dampining matrix as well. But you would have to build your deck around it. So there is really no way to win.
I mean the most embarssing thing is a 10 year old boy I had face in the 10 th round and his older brother in the top 24 already built him an affinity deck and he does exactly what I listed above. That is fricken bs if a 10 year old can do this because now magic is built for dummies. To quote Dr. Mc Coy from Star Trek " God created the world in 7 days, but here comes Gensis we'll do it in 6 hours." For me "Before this it was like oh shit what do I do a third turn Shivan, but now here comes Affinity we'll out number you 5 to 1 in turn two."
This is the most imbalanced enviornment ever. To not even fear a shivan dragon on third turn and then by next turn he's going to get double strike and your like big deal and to say to my face you'll be dead by the end of this turn there is something wrong with that.

The Chance to Become the Magic the Gathering Mid Atlantic Regional Champion

That's right I thought I was out of it but now I think I've found a deck for my last chance at the Regional Championship. It's this year or I may not have another shot. Anime Costing to much and I just have enough money to get this deck together and for the tournament. But now the question is will this unique deck dimolish the indistructable creatures. Will it be fast enough to win? Since Serra/Shivan isn't going this year could this be the end for the Serra/Shivan Saga in type 2 which has been around since 2000 and in 9 different versions since then to stay in type 2. Only time will tell.
- 2004-03-21 00:10:36 Just to keep every one update I did get 4 subscriptions back on Wednesday but then had 2 bad nights in a row going 0/30 meaning 0 subscriptions out of 30 houses. This is highly uncharacteristic of "The Legened", Alpha Wolf of the Wolf Pack. And to make things worse sometime next week I'll have to defend my Alpha Wolf leader postion. To prove to the next young sales rep that I deserve to be called the best.
- ops forgot last wednesday's stats 2004-03-10 20:34:48 I meant to type this in there but a week ago on Wednesday I did get another 2 subscriptions. Because the 2's were written beside each other I miscounted so now the total reads 4,774 subscriptions and only 226 more to go.

Gazette Monday and Wednesday + AMV's

Well this past Monday with the Gazette I went out selling again and got 4 more subscriptions which put me at 4,768 meaning 232 more to go. Then tonight with the Gazette I got ANOTHER 4 SUBSCRIPTIONS which puts me at 4,772 meaning only another 228 more to go. This rate is very good rate indeed. It looks like I'm back to my normal self selling again. Well I'll keep you informed on that.
Plus currently I'm working on three amv's I got stuck with one idea so I put it aside and started on another video which was planned out originally but I was concerned with originality but I said if I can make it look better than the rest done to it than I'll do it. So I went ahead and started that. But that will be put on temporary hold now because of Mr. Oni's Challenge that I accepted. So now I'll have three videos in the works. Hopefully Mr. Oni's Challenge will be done in a month time frame or so. Because I already have the scenes planned out for the most part and now need to capture and add in effects and so on and so forth.
Well I'll keep you all up to date on the following amv's and the Gazette countdown to 5,000.
