They continue to impress me with their English dubs and localization of the shows they take in. I'm talking about shows I didn't care much for in it's native Japanese, such as Sgt Frog and even more recently a show I dropped after watching the first two episodes... Oh! Edo Rocket. Which now I'm sad I let a jewel like this one pass me by while it was in it's prime.
The English dub's jokes are spot on, just the right amount of quirky when it needs to be, and inclusion of American pop culture that accents a gag that would have otherwise have been lost in translation.

Finally finished season 2 of Code Geass. For an anime I'd been avoiding for superficial reasons (such as animation styles), it actually surprised me and way surpassed my expectations.
But now that I'm finished watching it, I can carry on with Katanagatari - Katanagatari Episode 4 2010-12-17 07:34:49 After watching this episode, Yasuri Nanami really creeps me out o.O;

Watching Katanagatari, didn't like the animation at first, but it grew on me rather quickly in the first episode (weird looking eyes though). I'm really digging the story here, but DAMN, that's a lot of reading going on here! >.<
I don't think I read this much in books lol
