I posted earlier in the Happy Thread about getting selected to retrain in Civil Affairs. Which is awesome!!! I finally get to go to Airborne School , work in the Special Forces community and help people at the same time!!!
The problem? I was told I was selected and waiting on the next email to let me know my Training Timeline is KILLING ME!!! Ah wells, soon, very soon...

- The Newborn 2011-06-01 06:55:01 Maybe because I really wasn't around much for my second kid due to being deployed to Iraq (missed the first year of her life), but I'd forgotten just how lazy newborns are! They sleep, they cry, they eat, they sleep some more, then cry again, poop, sleep, and repeat. But mainly he sleeps, which is cool with me. ^__^
