Modern Warfare 2 and The Art of Warfare (TAW)

We've been having a heated debate over allowing a MW2 team in our clan at www.taw.net due to the lack of dedicated servers for the PC version. But now we've finally decided to at least give it a shot, so now we've begun our big recruitment drive.
To give you some back story on our clan, The Art of Warfare (TAW) has been an online gaming community since 2001 starting off with the original Delta Force game. Since then we've grown to host over 13 different video games with over 750 members ranging from all different levels of skills. Don't have to be the best, just have the desire to play with other dedicated members.
Our Modern Warfare 2 teams focused on:
Inter-team vs. Inter-team game play
Clan vs. Clan Matches
We are seeking mature players that simply want to play and also those that want to lead teams but not be concerned with things like running a website, a teamspeak server, etc.. but who want to be an integral part of the success of the team.
Our focus is not so much on the game-skills you bring, but more on accountability, teamwork, and communication. We treat all gamers with respect and expect our members to uphold these same team-based sportmanship ethics.
We never put gaming above real life with the team. To be a member you need to:
Have a working microphone or headset. (We use Teamspeak)
Fill out a member application at our main website - (Vanguard Division - Call of Duty Mondern Warfare 2)
Be generally available 2 nights per week for team-play.
