So a little over three months ago I finally had my house back in the states rented out... I figured, "yeah, I don't have to worry about cutting into my Cost of Living Allowance to pay for my house and start enjoying myself around the island with extra cash!"
So far, it's hasn't worked out as planned. My tenant has only had one on time payment... and that was the first payment w/ down payment. But then the second payment came late, missed the third and is working on missing a fourth! What's worst is every time I try to call the property manager with a 13 hour time difference, they're never there when they should be and they ALWAYS return my emails almost a week later!!! Super frustrating >.<

Welp... that's the title I'm going to use for my latest AMV project after making a couple of really serious ones and my last one being up beat and joyful, I plan to make this one a nice happy medium.
The concept I have in my head looks amazing... if only you guys could see it instead of the debacle I'm about to make lol - @compititionbros 2010-05-21 22:50:50 yeah, from what I can tell, he's stolen at least two other amv.org videos from Scrapy and Inuyashafan. But oh wells, I know it's my vid. plus it's the internet, not like I'm going to be able to do much about it ^__^

is anyone else seeing their videos posted on youtube under this guy or someone else's name?
it was weird to see my Roadside video under his name... him claiming that it was his 3rd video done "with Kenisama's help"
when in reality, it's my video frame for frame, except for the blue screen intro he made himself. I guess I'm just stumped as to why someone would use one of my mediocre AMVs lol
