Nature gets the best of us... again! On the day we finished cleaning all our vehicles off from the first typhoon, we get noticed that another possible typhoon is on it's way... AND WE HAVE TO TAKE ALL OUR VEHICLES BACK TO THE MUDDY AREA TO STORE THEM!!!
Anywho, going out tonight and I'll just drink out my frustrations lol!!! -

So, after Typhoon Kompasu hit Okinawa, Japan, it was time for us to move all our vehicles to get cleaned and parked back into our motorpools. Well obviously with all the rain we had, the area was filled with mud and since we were going to end up cleaning the trucks anyways, we decided to have some fun it. So in a HMMWV with no top, we took it through some 3 foot deep muddy waters, this videos shows you what it looks like on the inside!

It finally hit! Though it seems the north part of the island is getting a lot worst than we are or at least it seems that way.

I thought we'd be seeing more of it, seeing how the islands barely 450 sq miles (only 17 miles at it's widest part). Oh well, the eye is getting ready to pass over the northern part of the island, we'll see what the second half of the typhoon is like. - Donations 2010-08-29 03:40:20 Finally donated again, after being just completely lazy about it.
