JOURNAL: Pie Row Maniac (Kirk Fryrear)

  • The megs, the megs! Oh good gravy, THE MEGS!! 2002-05-06 23:34:11 I've decided to go on a downloading spree, finding and acquiring the songs from some of my favorite music videos. So far I've gotten:

Mama Loves Mambo by Perry Como (EK's "Failed Experiments")
For The Love of a Princess from Braveheart (shadow's "Not Easy...Hero")
Ghostbusters by Ray Parker Jr. (Ermac's "Ghostbusters")
Rhythm Generation (R.M. Mix) by Two-Mix (Lostboy's "Rhythm Generation")
    Satan by Orbital (Ermac's "Satan")

What sucks is that I know I'll end up thinking of good ideas from these songs and then I gotta DEDICATE to these guys. Criminy... ^_^

  • Holy freakin crap 2002-05-05 16:26:09 Unbelievable. Less than 24 hours and you guys have managed to engulf a gig of bandwith, and on just one video. Simply amazing to me. I'm not mad or anything, but it shows me just how horrendously expensive hosting could be to have all my videos up, 24/7. Hopefully, Phade, as well all the supporters of O:GD (that includes me) will have it up and going in no time. ^_^

  • More insanity than you can swat a kamakzai bomber at 2002-05-05 00:14:07 Quahog Kombat is finally up!!
However my bandwith is only 1 gig for now, so hopefully that'll satisfy any FG-obsessed people.

Oh and also, my journal hit has hit over 1000. Hur hur.
  • And now let's end this cheap charade... *fwoosh!* 2002-05-04 22:30:51 Cool, I'm gonna go see Spider-Man tonight. Huzzah! Let the drooling of the comic-nerd commence.

SephirothJenova: I feel for you man, life sucks for an unpredictable amount of time and sometimes it feels like the suckiness will never end. However that's a bunch of crock, life always gets better. Whether it be a guy simply saying thank you, or you winning the lottery, that's life being nice to you. Treasure those good moments and take those to heart, because to some people, that's all they get. Some should be so lucky they have at least a computer, much less friends and family. They really should. ^_^
  • Oh, sinners, let's go down... 2002-05-04 16:18:00 I'm really happy as of now. I went through my SATs today, and now that it's over with, a monstrosity of a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. For those who are taking it later on, I beg you to study for it or else you shall feel it's wrath. Eat you alive is probably a better description, but whatever. Meh.

Recently downloaded a great song from the O Brother, Where Art Thou ST.
Go Down To The River To Pray. I love this song, it's so emotional despite it's supply of repetitive lyrics. Choir music, violin music, and piano music seem to hit me hard. *sniff* BAH! No crying on such a good day.

My mom's hosting a mexican party and it's now my personal duty to carry out the following objectives:
    1) Mow the back lawn. Urk.
    2) Burn a CD full of spanish music.
The fun shall never end. I gah-run-tee it!
