  • Work on your self-esteem problem... you stupid freak 2002-07-13 01:58:29 I've finished about a minute of this new Pokemon video and all I gots to say is "Day-amn!". Seriously, this is looking really good, and I'm usually pretty harsh on my videos. Just thought I'd let out my brag-for-the-week now :-p

    hehe I've discovered that on the Weird Al Yankovic song "That's Your Horoscope For Today" my horoscope is the best and truest one I've ever gotten. I'm a Taurus, and this is my horoscope for today:

    AMV update. My Pokemon vid is coming along nicely. A flashy 38 seconds so far, out of 4:17. I think I'm making good time, as I hope to get this to AWA as soon as I can. If I do, it'll be my first participation in a con. Unfortunatey, I will not have the great joy of being there myself. Money and time just don't poy-mit it. Nyuk.

    In other news, I've acquired me first job that doesn't involve the local newspaper company or the Salvation Army. A job at Taco Bell. This oughta be interesting, considering it's two miles away, I have no car nor a license, and knowing that I'll get the night shift. I can imagine walking home after feeding irritated customers wannabe Spanish food at 11 PM.

    Luckily, I won't start 'til next week. This weekend, I'll be going to my last week of junior counseling at a local camp (the one I mentioned before). This time, instead of 3rd graders it'll be junior high kids. Helluva transistion, I'd say.

  • Sleep... So nice... 2002-07-11 08:26:53 I'm up at 5 in the morning right now. Don't ask why because I don't know. I don't have anything I need to do at this early in the morn, and I'm typing this entry a single key every few seconds. My body is so messed up and I don't even have a clue as to how this came to be. xD What a world, what a world...

    I've realized I keep promising and proclaiming these videos I'm going to do, and then never get them done, so here's an update on some videos that will no longer be dealt with.

    Brothers In Arms 2, Severed Ties: CANCELLED
    Brothers In Arms REMASTERED: DECLARED TO BE MADE
    All-Action Machine Head Video: CANCELLED
    Final Fantasy VII Video: CANCELLED
    Pokemon 2000 Video: MIGHT HOPEFULLY BE MADE

    The Pokemon video was something that sorta came out of nowhere. I rented the dvd because I haven't seen the movie in a good while (it was one of the very first dvds I ever saw) and making a video for it just seemed... right. I dunno, maybe something'll come around and inspireme. I don't even know what the video will be about. :-p

    Yeah that's right, I'm redoing BIA. Again. For the final time. With dvd quality and uber sound quality. Wooh.

    BIA2 was looking good, but only the ending of the video. The rest of the time, it was drawn out and there wouldn't be enough footage to cover the entire four and a half minutes of Falling Away From Me. Which brings up another problem: originality. I want this to be a good video, but that's somewhat difficult to do if I keep making videos people are going to go "Meh" to.

    And so.... yeah

  • Good golly, Miss Molly 2002-07-09 04:22:01 AbsoluteDestiny: Call me funkadelic, but I can't get enough of your Shameless Rock Video. About as much humor in the video as there is as many guts busted from watching the video. :-p As I said before, congrats on it's success! ^_^

    Had a rounding game of Guess The Song, or whatever it's called, in the amv.org chat. I made the game harder by giving a few less easy hints. Sorry SN and MJ, but I play rough! .... or something. Whatever. Shut up.

    For some inconceivable reason, my comp room smells of BAD milk and my nose is in some sort of coma-like state as a result. 0_O
