At last, the Pie has come home to La Grande

Back from an Art 101 class trip to the city of Portland, where he found art, we looked at art, we examined art, and then afterwards, we hated all art. 48 hours of paintings, objects from a hojillion years ago, sculptures, other cultures, and a whole mess of what have you. The trip back kicked a whole lot of ass, though. The bus we were on had a video setup so that the whole bus could watch movies on little tv screens above every few seats or so. We watched Remember The Titans (suuuch a good movie) and my personal favorite, The Waterboy. Ya just can't not love Farmer Fran. "Eskee oe dohe!" ^_^
But what's cool is that I come home, and there's two new dvds waiting for me. Ah the perks of online shopping. The first volume of Golden Boy, and the first volume of Ah My Goddess. Watching AMG was a real treat, since this was my first time seeing it. I really want to get the second volume and the movie, and possibly Mini-Goddess if my wallet allows it. :-3

It was today one year ago that I first watched Princess Mononoke. I was so fascinated by the ending, but it kept getting interupted by trick-or-treaters. I was hoping to rig the hose up so that I could open the door and spray any smartasses, porkers, or assholes that felt like trying their luck with being stupid to me. Eh well, good Halloween by my terms. I rarely ever goto any parties or dances anymore. As I get older, the parties and dances I goto get more and more adult. More drugs, more alcohol, more sex-like dancing/movement and probably some real sex in the bedrooms. I'm not very social, honestly. Because of that, I appreciate haniging out with friends more. Lonely at times, yeah, but I like it still.

I've put in a new video entry. Not video. Entry. I had this video idea and I wanted it fresh in my mind and truly original at the same time. So now it's in my databanks and I've got a certain amount of time before I'm unable to re-edit the video information. =P
